Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform Policies
Any additional rules or restrictions communicated by VVS Infotech
Fraudulent, deceptive, spam, or misleading messaging, including unauthorized marketing or unsolicited communications, is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Users must immediately notify VVS Infotech of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. VVS Infotech is not responsible for losses caused by user negligence or compromised credentials.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable service fees as per the selected plan and billing cycle.
Failure to make timely payments may result in:
Temporary suspension of service
Restriction of features
Termination of account access
VVS Infotech reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
4. Data Protection & Customer Consent
Users are solely responsible for:
Obtaining valid and lawful consent from end customers
Ensuring all WhatsApp communications comply with data protection and privacy laws
Handling customer data responsibly within their own business operations
VVS Infotech acts only as a technology service provider and does not control or verify customer consent.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users must strictly comply with all Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
Any violation that results in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination by Meta may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the user’s access to the Platform, without liability to VVS Infotech.
6. Enforcement & Suspension
VVS Infotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these terms
Abuse the platform
Create legal or compliance risks
Threaten platform integrity or reputation
